No — each Spotlight is custom-made based on your confirmed design.

How long does design process take?

Your preview usually appears in about a minute after you upload your pet’s photo. Timing may vary depending on image size and connection.

How long does production and delivery take?

Please allow around 3–4 business days for custom-making, production, quality checks, and packing before shipment. Delivery time depends on your destination and selected shipping method.

What photo works best?

A clear, front-facing photo works best. Natural light, visible facial features, and minimal blur help us create a better custom design. Avoid very dark, blurry, heavily filtered, or distant photos.

Can I order for a cat?

Yes, cats are welcome if you have a suitable collar or harness attachment point. For cats we recommend checking the size, weight, and attachment method before ordering.

How clear will the projection be?

The Spotlight works best in darker environments. Projection clarity may vary depending on distance, surface, surrounding light, movement, and design details.

Can I return or change my custom order?

Because each Spotlight is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or customer-confirmed custom details. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly made compared with your confirmed design, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

Is The Spotlight waterproof?

No. The Spotlight is not waterproof. Please avoid heavy rain, puddles, and washing it directly with water.
