Hey everyone, Lance here. If you've been wondering how a small team in Hong Kong manages to ship custom projectors across the globe—well, it’s been a wild ride.
Since our first batch, the most common question we've received is, "Do you ship to my country?" I've spent the last few weeks buried in logistics, negotiating with couriers, and testing shipping routes. Today, I am incredibly proud to announce that basil & friends is officially shipping to 43 destinations worldwide.
One of my biggest priorities was making sure the delivery experience is as elegant as the product itself. That means no getting held up at customs.
No Surprise Fees
Duties, Taxes, and VAT are included in your shipping cost at checkout for all supported regions. What you see is what you pay.

We’ve partnered with reliable couriers to bring b&f to your doorstep. Shipping rates and exact available methods will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

A note on custom-making time
Because our products are personal and custom-made just for you, shipping time is separate from production time.
My team and I need around 3–4 business days for custom-making, lens assembly, and strict quality checks before your order gets handed to the courier.
Once your order passes my final check and is packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Our rescue pledge
basil & friends began with Basil, our real rescue dog and first friend. That is why every order also supports animals still waiting for their new beginning.
10% of net sales from every order goes to rescues — supporting meals, medical care, and new beginnings for the friends still waiting.
Our first rescue partner is Shenzhen Wholehearted Animal Rescue (深圳全心犬意小动物保护中心), the rescue Basil came from. As b&f grows internationally, we’d love to support more rescue groups in the places our friends call home.
Net sales means product sales after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
