Every lens is custom-made to order. Please allow3-4 business daysfor our studio to craft your lens before it ships. Once shipped, global transit takes about 2-4 business days.

🎨 Can I use a different pet's photo?

Absolutely. You can upload a new photo, choose a different art style, or even create a lens for a friend's pet.

Expect things to get bumpy in global transit. If your lens arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly made, let us know immediately and we will remake it for you.
